Oh how I dislike Bread Pudding.‏

Hey everyone!

So I found a food that I don´t like here. Bread Pudding. When I first got here it wasn´t my favorite, but at this point in my mission I can´t even think about it without...well, I just can´t eat it anymore.

This week has been good :) We got rained-out of going to Laguna Larga on Tuesday, so we ended up doing a lot of service for Familia Daniele. They needed help preparing their house for Rebeca, their daughter who was coming home from her mission in Fortaleza, Brazil!!! We had a lot of fun decorating and preparing for one of our own to return to town :) She got to the airport in Córdoba at 1 in the morning, pobrecita! She is so awesome, and ready to go out and work with us this week :) When she first got here no one could understand her except for Diego because she spoke in Portuñol (portugese with a little spanish) and he could understand her because he also served in Brazil. Not three days after she got home, all of her admirerers began to call. Turns out returning from the mission isn´t all rainbows and butterflies because real world problems start happening! Tengo miedo (I´m afraid)! haha But it´s way cool to talk to her, and I´m certain we´ll learn a bunch of cool things that she picked up in Brasil.

Familia Cepeda is good, well, Araseli came to church with us this week. She´s so cute! We´ve also met a lot of cool people who were references of members. The cool thing is that the members have a lot of confidence in us because they are recommending their friends to hear the gospel from us! It´s pretty great because they know a lot of good people :) We met a man named Ruben and he taught us how to memorize and retain knowledge from books...we have yet to apply it yet, but it was pretty capo. He´s a man of great knowledge, and also a good heart. We gave him a Book of Mormon complete with our testimonies and he´s going to read it.

We haven´t gotten bicycles yet...we think we´re going to have to wait until after the temple openhouse...but we´re so excited for the temple!!!! UNDER 20 DAYS! XD We´ll have training meeting on the 13th and it´ll be great! The speculation of Hermana Swan says that we probably won´t see a lot of changes this next transfer with locations, but possibly with companions. They might have to move Hermanas from the farthest places closer to Córdoba to work in the temple, and we´re probably going to see a rotation in areas so that all of our investigators don´t suffer. Anyways, I think I´ll stay here in Oncativo another transfer (for my birthday!), that´s what I´m trying to say with that.

Well, I got the verdict from Hermano Sarmiento: after my mission "me puedo casar" (I can get married) haha. I made Pan de Banana (Banana Bread) for his family and some of our investigators, and it turned out really well :) Elder Muñoz our district leader is making a very long list of my talents and skills, and he´ll have to add "can make a few desserts" to it. It started as a joke, but then he realized that I actually know how to do a lot of stuff...and he stopped attempting to make a list. It was pretty funny, but I guess you had to be there.

I am glad to hear that all is well at home and the missionary effort is A FÚL! :) They really are glad for your love, support, and efforts :) The gospel is true, Argentina is awesome, and if you need a good chapter of the BoM to read, Mosiah 3 is what I read this morning! Happy Easter and know that there really is no other name given whereby we can be saved. Our Savior lives so that we can all live again with our families, and most importantly, our Heavenly Father. I know that Jesus Christ is my Redeemer and that I´m here in Argentina because other people need to know that He died for their sins too. More than that, that He lives for them as well. Don´t forget to share your testimony with someone this week...even just that small little detail makes a world of difference.

Love you all, and have a very happy General Conference and Easter!

Hermana Swan
