This was a crazy week. We had exchanges with Hna Nordfelt and Hna Solar on Tuesday, but Hna Solar was sick. And so was I. So we had a sick day and the other Hermanas went out and worked in Parque Liceo. It´s not actually fun to be sick, but we did get to sleep the siesta :) But the next day I got a blessing and I felt a whole lot better. It´s such a blessing that we have the Priesthood for things like that.
On Thursday we went to San Francisco (the one here in Argentina haha). I got to go on exchanges with Hermana Westman!!! She´s the one from the MTC :) She is blond, but not the one that was my companion :) I love her so much! We had a great time catching up and working together with all the stories and experiences that we´ve had. It was great because it helped me to see a lot of things in the mission in a way much more positive. It´s a beautiful thing to have friends that know you so well because they´ve been through the same things and they´re in the same place. It really was a tender mercy for me. We even ran through the streets in the rain in the morning!
The rest of the week was fun, we had a Ward Activity on Saturday! Everyone showed up for Pizza night about 30 minutes late and we started an hour late, but we played a bunch of games and then ate the pizza that everyone brought. It was fun and a success for the first activity that they´ve had in several months, so we´re expecting to see a whole lot more people at the next one we do.
On Monday we had Concil of all the leaders. It was super awesome and we played a small game of ultimate frisbee. We all left a lot more dedicated and spiritually uplifted.
I´m super looking forward to General Conference, and I hope everyone takes the time to listen to it! Love you all tons and listen for the revelation that our Heavenly Father has for you. Presidente Alliaud says that revelation is really the answer to a question that we ask Heavenly Father. In other words, don´t forget to have questions!
Take care,
Hermana Swan
