Hey Presidente, did you forget about me?‏

Hola Familia! Transfers yet again!

Guess what?! I´m still here in Oncativo! Yay. No really, I´m totally excited for it, because we´ve got a lot of progress here, but I did have a little bit of travel bug there for a minute. I started packing my bags (I did tell Hermana Regalado that she was going to leave to be an Hermana Leader, but I still packed my books away), and then we got the call. Hermana Regalado is going to Ayacucho in Córdoba I think to be an Hermana Líder there. She didn´t want to leave, and it was so sad to see her say goodbye to everyone. It made me realize that it´s going to be really, really hard to leave...so I´m glad I don´t have to do it yet!

So the family Cepeda update: we didn´t have very many opportunities to teach them this week...we did teach them the Word of Wisdom, and Hermano Gustavo is working on quitting :) We found out that they all went to the Evangelica church last Sunday instead of ours. We were heartbroken because Hermana Rosa invited a huge group of them over for a dinner on Saturday night. We did get to go back, and we found out that they all want us to continue coming, and Hermano Gustavo and Ariseli came to church this Sunday. When we passed by their house to say goodbye, he really bore his testimony of the change that he´s had in his heart. He talked about how we (it was really the Lord) have changed him so much. He doesn´t want to do all the things he did before, he has a hunger to learn about the church and the gospel, and he really wants the best for his family. He is appreciating them for the treasure that they are. It´s so amazing to be a part of this change for them...to be a part of the work that the Lord is doing with this amazing family. Honestly, it is such a miracle. We love them so much, and I know that they will get baptized, we just have to get them some more friends from the church so the Hermana doesn´t feel so alone here (we have to compete with Evangelicals, but I believe in us! :). Basically, deep down, I don´t ever want to leave. They told us we can be the 10th and 11th members of their family if we want. I almost took them up on it, but it´s cooler to be their missionary.

Everyone else here is doing ok, we have lots of potential right now in Laguna Larga and that´s always a good sign.

My new companion is Hermana Daiane Salmeron :) She´s from Sao Paulo, Brazil! I´m going to learn a bit of portugese :D Plus, I have an excuse to visit Brazil now :) She is so awesome already, and I´m looking forward to this transfer with her!

The zoo was sooooo much fun! We went during the siesta and there were hardly any people! all of the animals were being fed, so we saw pretty much all of them, and it was a really great experience! We saw a cool Sea lion demonstration, two white lions and a white tiger. I also saw a really cool butterfly, but didn´t get a picture of it, and none of the other missionaries were impressed (but it was way cool :). There were some HUGE hippos!!! They didn´t have elephants or giraffes, but it was still really awesome!

Love you all tons and hope you have an enjoyable week! Know that the church is true, and just because it´s spring break time and March doesn´t mean you have an excuse not to write me :P But really, hope you´re all doing great and enjoying your vacations! Remember that the church is true and there are tender mercies in every day!

Sincerely,

Hermana Swan
