I´m in a Ward!!!‏

Hey everybody,

So this big city thing is actually pretty cool. Ok, so it´s not big big city, but it´s still awesome. There´s a lot of people that pass by, but not crowds and crowds, so it´s perfect to contact in the streets. Our area is made up of about 9 barrios (city sections), so it´s pretty big. There used to be 4 sisters here, so obviously there´s a lot of potential. The other cool thing is that we´re in a WARD! we have a CHURCH building! :D It´s two stories and very nice :) There were about 60 people in church, and they told me that was very very few for normal. 

We saw a lot of miracles the last semana: We contacted a man named Emanuel in the street. He had a lot of questions for us, and we got to teach the whole restoration and invite him to read the book of mormon. It was pretty cool :) His mom got really sick this weekend, so he wasn´t able to attend church, but it was pretty cool to have happen my first day. We also had a good talk with an investigator named Elizabeth. She was praying for help from God and a little bit afterwards, the other Hermanas that were here before contacted her. she recognized it as an answer to her prayers and went to church with her kids the next day. She loved it and she really felt the spirit. We got lost in the Villa (a part of our area that´s a little sketchy, but it´s ok mom and grandma :) and we couldn´t find her house. Eventually we accidentally contacted her 5 kids in the street and they helped us find her. She is super amazing, and if it weren´t for the fact that her daughters are visiting for vacations and they then left on vacation, she would have come to church again. We have a ton of faith for her :)

Hermana Regalado doesn´t actually feed me that much, she´s had problems with her stomach. But I still eat, so don´t worry, I should maintain my weight (we can´t run in the mornings because it´s really dark, and we´d have to find members to go with us). but such is life. We have an hermana staying with us, Hermana Linares, from Peru while she waits for her new mini to arrive, so we´re a trudy for a few days! :) Also, we begin our trips to other areas this week, so I´ll send more pictures next week!
